Avocado Toast

Year round, this is an easy breakfast, lunch or dinner option. Avocado “toast” can be made on your favourite regular or gluten free bread. All you need is a ripe avocado and from there, build your toppings. Here, I have some fresh summer tomatoes and dill. A drizzle of olive oil adds some peppery notes. A squeeze of lime complements the creamy avocado. Finish it off with sea salt and you’ve got a protein packed meal. Paying attention to the seasons, in the winter months, I like my Avocado Toast topped with sauerkraut or kimchi.
