Celery, Pineapple, Lemon, Ginger, and Mint Juice

Freshly juiced, this combination of fruit and veg is sure to put a spring in your step! Juices are best consumed as soon as possible to their pressing so you don’t lose any of the nutrients. The celery juice on its own has incredible anti-inflammatory properties. Juices, like smoothies are wide open to experimentation. There are hundreds of combinations and variations. In general, I try to have a 50/50 ratio of fruits to veg, leaning in favour of the veg. I find cucumber is a great way to balance out the sweetness you may get when creating a juice that is heavy on the fruits. Visit your local market or green grocer and stock up! It’s a good, clean way to start your day.
